1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 63hot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime.

The total aggregate liability of 63hot to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 63hot account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

63hot provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

63hot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 63hot reasonably suspects or determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest purposes.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account closure.
• Your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 63hot customer support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending compliance review.

13. Disputes and Complaints
