63hot Privacy Policy

Your personal data is your business. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and the robust protections we put in place to keep it safe.

Last Updated: January 1, 2026

Important: This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 63hot ("63hot," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information relating to you ("Data Subject," "you," "your") when you access or use the 63hot online gaming platform at 63hot.cam. This Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) of the Philippines, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). By registering an account or otherwise using the 63hot platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy in full.

1. Introduction

63hot is committed to safeguarding the privacy and personal data of every Filipino player who entrusts us with their information. We recognise that online gaming requires you to share sensitive personal and financial details, and we take that responsibility seriously. This Policy sets out the complete picture of how your data moves through our systems — from the moment you register to the moment you close your account — and the rights you hold over that data at every stage.

This Policy applies to all personal data processed in connection with your use of 63hot, including our website at 63hot.cam, any mobile applications, customer support interactions, marketing communications, and any other service channels operated by 63hot. It supplements but does not replace any specific privacy notices provided to you at the point of data collection.

2. Data Controller

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, the Personal Information Controller (PIC) responsible for your personal data is 63hot, operating the platform accessible at 63hot.cam under authorisation granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 63hot is also subject to PAGCOR's data governance requirements, which operate alongside and are consistent with the DPA framework. Where PAGCOR regulations impose additional or stricter data handling obligations, those requirements take precedence.

Data Protection Officer (DPO): 63hot has designated a Data Protection Officer responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and the DPA. To reach the DPO, use the contact details provided in Section 15 of this Policy. All data-related inquiries, complaints, and rights requests should be directed to the DPO in the first instance.

5. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

63hot processes your personal data only where a lawful basis for processing exists under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The following table describes our processing purposes and the corresponding legal basis for each:

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

63hot uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, maintain your session security, and gather analytics data. The categories of cookies used on the platform are as follows:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the operation of the platform, including session management, login authentication, and security tokens. These cannot be disabled without impairing the functionality of the site.

  • Functionality Cookies: Store your preferences such as language settings, display preferences, and game history to provide a personalised experience on return visits.
  • Marketing Cookies: Used where you have given consent to track interactions with promotional materials and to limit the frequency of promotional messages you receive.

Consent to non-essential cookies can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your access to the platform.

7. Sharing Your Personal Data

63hot does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We disclose your data only in the following limited and lawful circumstances:

7.1 Service Providers (Personal Information Processors)

We engage third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf and under our documented instructions. These include payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine banking partners), KYC verification providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure services, fraud detection and anti-money laundering screening services, and customer support technology providers. All processors are required to maintain confidentiality and implement appropriate security measures consistent with the DPA.

7.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

63hot will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), law enforcement agencies, and other competent Philippine authorities where required by law, valid legal process, or regulatory obligation. Such disclosures are made only to the extent required and are handled with the discretion and care appropriate to each situation.

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of all or substantially all assets of 63hot, your personal data may be disclosed to the prospective transferee as part of due diligence or transferred to the successor entity. You will be notified of any such transfer where required by applicable law.

No Cross-Border Transfers Without Safeguards: Where personal data is transferred to a third-party processor located outside the Philippines, 63hot ensures that appropriate contractual safeguards are in place consistent with NPC guidelines, including the use of standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules where applicable.

8. Data Retention

  • Customer Support Records: Retained for a period sufficient to resolve any ongoing disputes plus the applicable statutory limitation period.
  • Marketing Data: Retained until you withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications, at which point it is deleted or anonymised.

When personal data is no longer required, 63hot securely destroys or anonymises it in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures and the requirements of the DPA.

9. Security Measures

63hot implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, and unlawful disclosure. Our security framework includes:

  • 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption for all data in transit between your device and our servers.
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest within our databases using industry-standard algorithms.
  • One-way cryptographic hashing of account passwords — plaintext passwords are never stored.
  • Multi-factor authentication options for account access, reducing the risk of unauthorised login.
  • Role-based access controls limiting internal employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis.
  • Regular security vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and code review by qualified security professionals.
  • Intrusion detection and monitoring systems operating continuously to identify and respond to anomalous activity.
  • Incident response procedures ensuring prompt containment and notification in the event of a data breach, as required by the DPA's 72-hour breach notification obligation to the NPC.

While 63hot applies rigorous security measures, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

10. International Data Transfers

In the course of providing the 63hot platform, certain personal data may be processed by service providers whose servers or operations are located outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where such cross-border transfers occur, 63hot takes the following steps to protect your personal data:

  • We transfer data only to countries or organisations that provide an adequate level of data protection, as recognised by the NPC, or where appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place.
  • All third-party processors receiving cross-border transfers are bound by contractual data protection obligations equivalent to those required under the DPA.
  • We conduct due diligence on the data protection practices of international processors prior to engagement and on an ongoing periodic basis.

Complex or high-volume requests may be extended by an additional thirty (30) days with prior notice to you. We do not charge a fee for exercising your rights unless requests are manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.

12. Minors and Age Restriction

The 63hot platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing online gambling. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If we become aware or have reason to believe that an account has been registered by or for an individual below the required age, we will immediately suspend that account, forfeit any associated winnings in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and securely delete the personal data collected unless retention is required by law. If you believe a minor has accessed the 63hot platform, please notify our DPO immediately using the contact details in Section 15.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The 63hot platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party payment services such as GCash and PayMaya infrastructure. When you interact with third-party services in connection with your use of 63hot, those third parties process your data according to their own privacy policies, which are independent of this Policy. 63hot is not responsible for the data practices of third-party services and recommends that you review their respective privacy policies prior to sharing personal information with them.

14. Amendments to This Policy

63hot reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance from the NPC or PAGCOR. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 63hot platform following the publication of a revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the changes. If any revised terms are unacceptable to you, you should cease using the platform and close your account.
